Service Greeter

McGrath Acura of Downtown Chicago is family-owned and a GREAT place to have a Rewarding Career! Our High-Volume and fast-paced Service Department needs to hire full-time Greeters to greet customers in the service lane in courteous and professional manner, direct them to Service Advisors, answer the phone, drive customers waiting on auto service to and from nearby locations, and more!
Applicants must be able to work on Saturday, have excellent customer service and communication skills, a positive attitude, and a professional appearance. Apply now and join our team!

Responsibilities - Service Greeter:

  • Greet Service Department customers in a courteous and professional manner, direct them to Service Advisors, answer the phone, drive customers to and from nearby locations and more.
  • Other duties may be assigned

Qualifications - Service Greeter:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, a professional appearance, and able to work on Saturday
  • Thrives in a fast-paced team environment
  • Driver's license and insurance
