Our Silver Springs team is expanding and we are looking to recruit Marketing Trainees, with an immediate start preferred to join the team.

This is a junior position so training will be provided, however, previous experience in a marketing and promotions role, or customer engagement is encouraged. For example, events, marketing, client relations, customer satisfaction, and sales.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Completing new customer registrations
• You’ll be the face of clients, engaging with potential customers to promote brand's products and services
• Learning and retaining a wealth of knowledge about the brand's products and services as well as a competitor offers
• Conducting presentations and demonstrations (client-dependent)
• Tracking interactions and collating daily reports to feedback to clients
• Handling customer queries in a timely and professional manner
• Building relationships with customers, getting to know their needs
