You will be assigned to massive amounts of inventory across leading advertising platforms. You should make sure your campaigns get the best start so you can solely focus on building new and expanding your running campaigns.


Responsibilities

  • Daily reporting and monitoring of campaigns to ensure performance goals and revenue objectives are met while managing an ever-growing amount of campaigns
  • Brainstorming with media managers and other colleagues to improve processes
  • Analyze data and update team on hot opportunities and market trends
  • Conduct keyword, placement & market research to make additions to new and existing campaigns
  • Conduct search ad copy & banner ad
  • Build, launch, optimize and maintain paid search campaigns
  • Provide ongoing analysis and monitoring of paid search campaigns with an eye to proactively expanding and improving campaigns
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends
  • Manage large monthly budgets


Qualifications

  • English writing and communication skills
  • Google Search (AdWords) Certification (Google Analytics and BingAds Certifications a plus)
  • You must be able to figure things out yourself have the attitude to find new solutions
  • Very organized, disciplined and detailed oriented
  • Positive attitude and high energy, and a desire to work in a results-oriented, fast growth environment
  • Proficiency in Excel is a big plus: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, nested formulas are your friends
  • Must have strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Not having a 9 to 5 mentality. You must be available in different time since we work with different timezone
  • You must be quick. and even BEYOND quick learner
  • Experience with paid media platforms (Google, Native Platform, Facebook, & other social platforms)
  • You must be a DOER. A self starter


Good to have skills

  • Proficient with excel
  • Experience with Programmatic Display, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and using industry standard tools like Google Webmaster Tools, Google Analytics, Raven Tools, Moz, etc. a plus
  • Experience and knowledge in digital marketing industry
  • Knowledge of graphic design or photoshop
  • Proven performance of managing / being involved with large scale, multi-channel campaigns
  • Good understanding of advertising terminology; CPM, CPC, CPL, etc
