A Chinese AIOT company that was established at the end of 2018. To date, this company is in the top 3 fields of Intelligence Security and Intelligence Home based on Computer Vision. This company is specializing in Technical Solutions, and has no own Brand, so far.

As the Matter Agreement is defined and published by some of the major players in the AIOT field, such as Apple, Google, and Amazon, the network access barrier between different Brand is disappeared. The logic of this business is changing, as well. Pre-Matter period, technical and access barrier is key to domination. As the Matter period is coming, Brand is getting more and more important, and even become the key to a particular business in the future. So, they must have their own Brand. Due to all of the Features being aimed at the European and American using scenarios, they need to build up a team to create their own Brand, in European & America.

Role Positioning:

PMO of Go to Market.

Job Responsibilities:

The core job is working as the Decision Maker to register a company and build up a Brand.

Launched and deployed brands.

Built and led a large team of courageous and exceptional professionals who delivered reliable global outstanding solutions.

Helped the Company diversify its product portfolio and positioned Video security for a healthy P&L.

Generated revenues while increasing margins.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should be a local person in Euro & America. Not must understand Technology and Products yet should be a Branding Expert or Expert in Customer Insight. The soul of the product must be defined by this position.
