Job Summary


The Global Strategist Performance Marketing Manager - MEDIA is responsible for delivering on the vision of holistic strategic execution of integrated global campaigns. This leader works to build global frameworks for media strategy and budget allocation at a regional level. Partnering closely with global media agencies and regional media managers to ensure strategic objectives are outlined, targeted audiences are defined, and data is leveraged across our digital ecosystem for consistent and clear brand messages for our customers. The Performance Marketing Manager, Media is an accomplished collaborator and communicates effectively and appropriately at all levels to influence and impact desired outcomes.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead RFP for a Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA) partner to attribute sales to paid media channels
  • Manage and collaborate on budget allocation, analyzing recommendations to modify ad spends based on optimizations to maximize CPA and efficiently scale for acquisition/ retention/conquesting/lifestyle efforts
  • Partners with Digital Team to seek out and test new channels and trends (AR, VR, etc.)
  • Partner with the Brand team to align creative concepts with the best media strategy, execution, and industry best practices
  • Ability to be high-performing in a matrix organization
  • Oversight of Global Media Agencies to define holistic business strategy/objectives/jobs to be done, research, annual planning, and Global Reporting
  • Lead scope and negotiations of Media Agency on an annual basis
  • Oversee Campaign Test & Learn teams to guide A/B creative tests, incrementality tests, and spend scaling tests on campaigns online and offline to identify what works best

  • Can operate with a holistic view of the retail business and enterprise operations, which enables effective decision-making, the ability to prioritize work, & proactively address opportunities at the market level.
  • Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience.
  • Effectively navigates at various levels of the organization to acknowledge and balance connected and dependent strategies, directions & priorities.
  • Ability to identify and drive proactive work that aligns with overall corporate vision and respective market goals while considering the most effective means of addressing dealer needs.

The pay range shown represents the national average pay range for this role. Your pay may be more or less than the stated range and is dependent on your geographic location and level of experience.
