- Represent the company at motorsports events – trackside and non-track functions
- Work cross-functionally with Engineering/Comms/Global Markets/Licensing/Dealer Relations/Design/Retail Marketing/Product Marketing/etc. to develop programs that leverage the relevant partnerships and amplify the Ford/Ford Performance Brand
- Oversee all aspects of official partnerships within assigned space, liaising with team stakeholders and key Ford leadership at all levels
- Prepare presentations on program initiatives, to be shared with Executive Leadership team (all the way up to company CEO)
- Series/Format = Sports Car includes IMSA, WEC, SRO, Mustang Challenge
- Manage and support trackside efforts, including Leadership, Dealers, Employees (stakeholder attendees)
- Set clear program goals, plus monitor and track performance metrics
- Ensure program messaging is consistent within all communication mediums (earned media, shared media, etc)
- Oversee agency work, dedicated to supporting work related to motorsports programs
- Assess Business-to-Business opportunities that come to Ford, by way of an official partnership in motorsports
- Interface between Ford and sanctioning bodies/leagues manage commercial partnerships
- Develop and implement marketing strategy for assigned series that aligns with Ford’s objectives for respective priorities to drive brand awareness and customer engagement
- Thorough understanding of branding principles and marketing tactics
- 5-10 year’s work experience in the field of marketing
- Strong presentation skills
- Proven experience in motorsports marketing, with a strong understanding of the industry, team/driver management
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
- Highly motivated self-starter with excellent communication skills and a flexible approach to working hours.
- Ability to coordinate projects across multiple teams and race series
- Experience delivering results on-time and within budget
- Strong program management skills, with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- 5+ years of work experience in motorsports, including athlete management
- Heavy travel will be required – domestic and international
- W eekend and/or evening hours expected
