Global Brand Communications Specialist - FinTech - NYC, Chicago, or Seattle 300k + incentives.

As we expand our global presence, we are seeking a highly motivated and creative Global Brand Communications Specialist to join our team.


As a Global Brand Communications Specialist at [Your Company Name], you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's voice, strategy, and reputation on a global scale. You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive brand communication strategies that align with our business objectives and resonate with our diverse customer base. Your work will directly impact our brand's visibility, credibility, and influence in the financial technology sector.


Brand Strategy: Develop and execute a cohesive global brand communication strategy that reinforces our brand identity, values, and positioning within the FinTech industry.

Messaging and Content Creation: Craft compelling and consistent messaging across various communication channels, including press releases, blog posts, social media, and marketing collateral.

Media Relations: Build and nurture relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and industry influencers to secure positive media coverage and increase our brand's presence.


Crisis Communication: Prepare and implement crisis communication plans to effectively manage and mitigate any potential reputation risks.

Content Distribution: Oversee the distribution of brand content to targeted audiences through various channels, ensuring maximum reach and engagement.

Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and leadership teams to align brand communication efforts with business goals and product launches.

Measurement and Analysis: Implement tracking and analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of brand communication strategies and adjust them as needed to drive desired outcomes.

Global Consistency: Ensure brand messaging and communication strategies are consistent across all regions and languages in which the company operates.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

Proven experience (15+ years) in brand communications, preferably in the FinTech or financial services industry.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.

Strong project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

Proficiency in using communication and analytics tools.

Demonstrated success in building and maintaining media relationships.

Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for storytelling.
