Compensation

• Forty hours of regular work each week is guaranteed. Overtime is readily available and needed
• Pay starts at $18/hour for new recruits and increases as you advance to the apprentice level and then to the rank of glazier and beyond

$18 - $35 hourly

• Glaziers measure, fabricate and install glass shower enclosures, mirrors, railing systems, aluminum storefronts, and other glass products
• Apprentice glaziers assist more experienced glaziers with field installations or shop fabrications
• Glaziers are required to interface with customers, troubleshoot, and problem solve
• Glazier uses carpentry skills to create beautiful finished products

• Candidates must possess a minimum level of mechanic aptitude that includes the ability to read a tape measure, use hand tools, and understand written and verbal instructions
• The job requires adding and subtracting fractions to determine glass sizes and opening sizes
• Applicants must be willing to work hard and work overtime (a few hours a week when necessary)
• Applicants must have a valid driver's license and must be able to drive a vehicle
• Candidates must be able to carry up to 80lbs
• Applicants must be able to pass a drug test
