Geothermal Loop Field Installer

What will your typical day look like?

• Run Mini Excavator to trench between wells and to the building
• Transport equipment to the next site or company facility as required
• Rotary mud drilling for geothermal wells - Training provided
• Prepare equipment each day for field activity.
• Connect all lines, purge and test and backfill
• Install tubing and grout wells
• Prepare all equipment as the project wraps up
• Transport equipment to the project site in company vehicles as needed.
• Bring a Class A or B Commercial License or we will help you earn one as required

Ideal candidates will have the following qualifications:

• Class A or B Commercial License an Plus
• Tech School Graduate or partial coursework desired
• High School Diploma or GED
• Basic Auto Mechanics or Diesel Mechanics highly desired
• Smoking of any kind is not allowed onsite
• Able to read and interpret drawings
• Able to keep written logs of field activity as required
• Surveying Experience a plus
• Landscaping/Irrigation Experience a Plus
• Experienced Oil or Water Well drilling highly desired
• Must be able to pass a background check and random drug screens

Compensation is a combination of salary plus job completion bonus: $75,000 to $90,000 based on experience.
