General Store Manager Jobs

At Jeremiah's Italian Ice in Orlando, FL we are in need of COOL, BOLD and STRATEGIC General Store Managers to serve our tasty frozen treats to our fantastic guests! We are hiring for different locations in the Orlando area.
The Details

• Manage all operational aspects of the store including P and L, labor, budget, cleaning, ordering, inventory, product quality
• Build the brand in the community using local store marketing techniques
• Manage a staff of 15-25 employees
• Provide all guests with five star service
• Increase sales

Pay & Benefits

• Flexible schedule
• Up to 15 days of PAID TIME OFF
• Range starting at $40,000 and up based on experience
• Bonus eligibility of at least $500 per month
• Closed on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day

The Physical

• Must be able to work a schedule in excess of 45 hours per week including days, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays
• Must be able to walk around small spaces, bend, stoop, kneel and lift overhead
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to work on your feet for 8 - 10 hour shifts
