Description


There is a part time General Office Clerk position being filled by Robert Half, for an highly motivated self-starter. If you love organization, order, and people, this essential role might be a good fit for you. The long-term contract / temporary General Office Clerk will perform various administrative support tasks for between 10 and 20 hours a week, including operating office equipment and completing general clerical work, and is located in Coeur D'alene, Idaho.


Major responsibilities


  • Attend Board Meetings once a month or more as necessary
  • Demonstrate command of prescribed style and format when drafting correspondence
  • Prepare meeting agenda and distribute agenda to necessary parties electronically and via US Mail.
  • Performing data entry, scanning, word processing, copying, filing, mailing and faxing
  • Deliver assistance with front desk and receptionist type duties
  • Provide support to other Board Members with diverse projects as necessary
  • Meet Board Membership in a friendly manner
  • Offer friendly customer service accurately and quickly


Requirements


  • Well-founded grasp of Upcoming Meetings
  • Experience with Word and Excel
  • Agenda Preparation experience preferred
  • Agenda Items experience desired
  • Practical knowledge of Prepare Meeting Materials
  • Skills in Executive Meetings
  • Ability to multitask and communicate well with individuals of all backgrounds
  • Employer recommends 1 year of Office Clerk experience for this position
  • Competent in handling office equipment
  • Experience with Distribute Minutes
  • Foundational knowledge in Distribute Agendas
  • Previous experience working with Distribute Meeting Minutes
  • Hands-on experience with Meeting Minutes
  • Prior experience with Meeting Minutes
  • Meeting coordination and planning experience highly desired
  • General familiarity with Recurring Meetings
  • Quality experience with Prepare Meeting Agendas
  • Excellent written/verbal communication and organizational skills
  • Proven knowledge of Committee Meeting
  • Earlier work involving Meeting Schedule
  • Solid understanding of Records Minutes
  • Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments
  • Solid understanding of Prepare Minutes
  • Good understanding of Meeting Arrangements
  • A high school diploma or its equivalent is required for this position
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Create Agendas experience
  • Comprehension of Executive Summary
  • Wide ranging experience with Meeting Summaries
