Your new role:

• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Drive customer satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional service.
• As a General Manager you will be tasked with meeting the annual budget goals approved by the Executive Director.
• Foster a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
• Maintain the integrity of the brand.
• Develop and lead the implementation of sales and marketing plans.

What you'll need to succeed:

• Excellent customer service skills and an outgoing personality.
• Proven success within marketing and sales.
• Strong organisational abilities in a dynamic environment for example at a Sports or Entertainment venue/arena or from the hospitality and retail industry.
• Experience with budgets and statistical analysis is a plus.
• Advanced supervisory, leadership, and delegation skills.
