Role Description

Early Bird Brunch is seeking a full-time General Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations at our Omaha, NE location. The General Manager will lead and manage a team of employees, handle financial reporting and budgeting, coordinate purchasing and inventory, ensure compliance with food safety regulations, and work with the chef and front-of-house staff to deliver a memorable customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred but nnot required
• Proven ability to hire, train, and mentor employees to create a high-performing team
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience with inventory management and purchasing
• Experience with financial reporting and budgeting
• Leadership and management experience in the restaurant industry
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of food safety regulations and procedures
• Passion for the hospitality industry and commitment to providing excellent customer service
