Job Description
General Manager General Manager: Leads and coordinates everyday business operations, ensuring smooth functioning and team support.


Duties


  • Provide direction and feedback to management team and team members
  • Focus on sales growth and forecasting
  • Ensure food preparation, safety, and cleanliness standards are met
  • Understand the impact of job responsibilities on guests and operations
  • Maintain a neat appearance and adhere to uniform policy
  • Handle guest concerns professionally
  • Organize shift schedules and monitor attendance
  • Communicate training needs to supervisor
  • Follow DHC Training Program for new skills and responsibilities
  • Manage cash handling, hiring, training, scheduling, and daily tasks
  • Oversee purchasing, inventory, maintenance, and operational functions
  • Conduct Ops Walks and Q&A checks for improvement
  • Abide by rules and directions given by the General Manager
  • Develop strategies for efficiency and goal achievement

Requirements


  • Certified in all stations following DHC Training Program
  • Current student or high school diploma/GED preferred
  • Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective communication with co-workers and management
  • Flexibility for night, weekend, and holiday shifts
  • Positive attitude and commitment to guest satisfaction
  • Previous Assistant General Manager/General Manager experience
  • Current ServSafe Certification
  • Minimum age of 21 and English fluency

  • Reliable transportation, driver's license, and insurance
  • Telephone or reliable communication method
Hours


  • Flexible availability for opening and closing shifts, weekends, nights, and holidays
