About the role: Surv is a growing startup business searching for outgoing and hard-working individuals who are passionate about doing odd jobs for and interacting with various homeowners in the community. Local Workers ("General Laborers") are the face of Surv in their community and are seeking to grow the mission and impact of the company.

Compensation & Perks:

• Hourly pay for travel time to worksites
• Starting pay can be $15-20/hr base, plus tips & bonuses. Usually averages between $15/hr-$24/hr.
• $0.15/mi for all mileage driven
• Sales bonuses

Scope of Work: This position is a great opportunity to learn new practical, “handy” skills. If you are looking for entry-level, hands-on work and ready to gain a wide range of skill sets, apply today! An odd job helper could help on the following projects:

• Cleaning and organizing
• Landscaping & yard work
• Snow Removal
• Junk removal
• Moving
• Painting
• Event assistance
• Furniture assembly

You will be responsible for:

Arriving at each job site early & ready to work

• Identify the needs of each neighbor and how Surv can further partner with them utilizing one of our memberships.
• Attending regular company meetings
• Reaching out to the office manager with any issues on the job or operational concerns
• Scheduled work is typically M-F between 8:30am-5:00pm. Some rotating Saturdays may be required if there are special events, during peak seasons, or depending on Neighbor’s job requests.
• Presenting yourself as professional and personable on the job
• Providing an unrivaled experience for our Neighbors (customers) in your Community
• Completing checkout procedures for each job you complete
