General Laborer (Ft) Jobs

General Laborer - Allison Park, PA. The GENERAL LABORER will work with the Maintenance Department in rehabbing apartments as well as maintain the grounds, lawn, landscaping, parking areas, and common area facilities. Responsibilities: Cleaning debris from construction sites. Moving material in and out of construction sites. Running Errands for Maintenance Technicians. Clean up of grounds, including mowing, weed whacking, trash removal. Assist in construction duties as needed. Requirements: Has experience using drywall. Can lift heavy material on a regular and consistent basis (50lbs +). Ability to follow detailed instructions. Can prioritize and reprioritize on a regular basis. Has the ability to work both as a team and independently. Ability to commute: Allison Park, PA 15101. This is a full time, benefit eligible position. Benefits: 401(k). Health Insurance.
