Job Description

Production Associates

Location: Flint and Surrounding Areas

$13-$15

Shift: 1st, 2nd, 3rd hours may vary with OT

Requirements:

  • Quality assurance of products and materials
  • Operate various machinery
  • All other duties as assigned
  • Perform daily inspection of all equipment and tools prior to use
  • Will have responsibilities including manufacturing, assembly, basic testing, packaging and shipping of products
  • Assembly and sub-assembly operations

Qualifications

  • Forklift certification a plus!
  • Highschool diploma or equivalent
  • Basic math skills
  • Lifting, bending, pushing, reaching, pulling, moving materials up to 40 lbs., walking or standing the entire shift
  • Strong communication both verbal and written
  • Previous Manufacturing Experience a +
  • Good attitude and attendance
