Gaming Warehouse Technician Route Operations (Montana) Description:
Gaming machine refurbishing, cleaning, updating and modifying. Warehouse duties as required. Loading/Unloading freight and general maintenance. Receive verbal and written instructions regarding duties to be performed. Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
Essential Functions And Responsibilities
- General shop cleaning and maintenance including parking lot
- Respond promptly to customer needs, solicit customer feedback to improve service; respond to request for service and assistance in a friendly and timely manner; meet commitments made to customers; manage difficult or emotional customer relations
- External service calls on Gaming and Amusement equipment as needed
- Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, as they apply to the position
- Software updates
- Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company’s guest service culture standards
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Communicate within the organization as necessary to accomplish company goals
- Gaming and amusement machine refurbishing (cleaning, basing, programming, applications, modifications)
- Responsible for basic repairs on gaming machines and amusement equipment
- Loading and unloading freight
- Scheduled On-call Service – Responsible for assisting the service team on service calls to customer locations and/or phone support. Complete call sheets, which includes reporting location, machine type, and problem with equipment, time in/time out and any other pertinent information
- Building, maintaining and organizing chairs and tables in warehouse
- Assist in moving gaming and amusement equipment to different location
Qualifications
- Able to communicate effectively with team members, guests, location owners/managers and supervisors
- Familiar with and knowledgeable of the area road system
- Able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- Proven experience providing high level of guest service
- Previous experience working in a team or group environment
- Ability to apply common sense reasoning to variety of situations
- Must be insurable by the Company
- Proven experience being reliable, dependable, and honest
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Verify right to work in the United States
- Previous experience performing same or similar job duties preferred
- Ability to functionally communicate occupational-based English, both written and verbal
- Comfortable driving during various driving conditions and traffic patterns, including rush hour
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy and procedure manuals, maintenance instructions, and other related documents
- Possess excellent communication and organization skills
- Valid Driver’s License
- Frequently sitting and driving
- Frequently lift and/or carry up to 50 lbs. at floor, knee, waist, and/or chest levels
- Frequently bend, reach, twist, climb, squat, kneel, stand, and walk
- Constant use of hearing and vision, distinguish between shades of color, and use tools or equipment requiring a high degree of dexterity
- Driving and/or riding in vehicle
- Indoor work environment
