Mercedes-Benz of Alexandria is seeking a Full-Time Phone agent working with the BDC Service Department. This position requires evenings and some Saturday shifts. Previous customer service experience is preferred. The right individual will be a self-starter, with a track record of success in delivering customer satisfaction while maintaining attention to detail. Responsibilities:
  • Assist in implementing customer campaigns and marketing projects
  • Be a liaison between customers and the service department
  • Manage a high-volume of inbound customer inquiries by phone, email, text, and chats
  • Must be comfortable with computers programs and smart devices
  • Assist in generating reports and logs
Requirements:
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Willing to work some weekend shifts
  • Drive to succeed customer expectations

  • Excellent phone, organizational, written, and oral skills
  • Previous Customer Service Experience
