Kindred Fare - A Spirited Cookeryis a full-service restaurant located in the heart of the Finger Lakes with a focus on scratch cookery using seasonal & local ingredients. We have been featured in Forbes, Wine Spectator, Eater, and have won "Best Farm to Table Restaurant" four years in a row by The Finger Lakes Times Readers' Choice Awards. We are extremely popular with locals & travelers to our region with positive online reviews and guest feedback. We have a strong beverage focus with cool climate wine & spirits & are highly engaged in the local industry. On Monday nights our culinary team works together to build a three-course themed prix fixe, something our community looks forward to each week. What We Are Looking For

We are currently looking for experienced servers to work nights at our lively & social restaurant.

Friday - Monday are the busiest, and we are looking for someone who can work 2-4 of these nights.

What We Can Expect From You

• To complete side work & cleaning duties to a high standard
• Basic wine, beer & cocktail knowledge- advanced & regional knowledge preferred
• Previous serving experience -high-end & high-volume setting preferred
• Strong customer service skills
• Willingness to be flexible with our team as needed
• To maintain a clean and organized dining room & stations
• Effective communication & team work- you need to be able to work with all service staff all while communicating with the kitchen and guests
• Be a professional: remain composed -you are “on stage” at all times that you are in the dining room
• To stay current & creative with culinary, beverage & hospitality trends

Salary Description

$25 - $48 per hour (hourly wage plus tips).
