Notes: A loving and dedicated Career Nanny with at least 10 years of experience is sought by a growing family in the Pacific Heights neighborhood of San Francisco. The family's mother is currently eight months pregnant and is expected to give birth at the end of August. They have a vibrant 22-month-old daughter who is independent, social, and confident. She speaks both English and French and will be starting preschool in September. A nanny that also speaks French would be wonderful (although not a requirement)!

Initially, the primary responsibility will be caring for the eldest daughter until the mother completes her maternity leave and returns to work. During this time, a baby nurse will also be present to support the family until December. In January, the nanny's role will expand to include both children as the baby boy will be six months old by then.

The family believes in fostering a strong bond between the nanny and their children, considering the nanny as an extension of their family. They highly value warmth and open communication. The ideal candidate should be a career nanny with experience collaborating with full-time working parents who have busy schedules. They should be detail-oriented, organized, developmentally focused, and possess self-awareness.

The parents practice positive parenting and place great importance on a caregiver with a high emotional intelligence (EQ). They appreciate autonomy and seek a nanny who can efficiently work with a high level of agency and initiative, as both parents work full-time. Principal Attributes
