We are looking for a full-time Care Professional Administrative Assistant to join our team.
- Assist the Service Coordinator as needed with Care Pro schedules with an emphasis on creating high quality matches and the development of extraordinary relationships
- Enter and maintain accurate client and Care Pro records in the operating system
- Participate in quarterly Care Pro meetings
- Monitor, mediate, and log all client and Care Pro activity utilizing the software system
- Demonstrate open and effective communication with owner, Key Players and Care Pros
- Assist with stuffing and mailing client invoices and Care Pro payroll
- Order and stock office supplies
- Assist with hiring process for new Care Pros, duties may include fielding employment inquiries from prospective Care Pros and moving applicants through the process
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Maintain supplies for postage, fax, credit card and copy machine
- Ensure Home Instead standards are met and upheld
- Maintain regular attendance at the office to execute job responsibilities
- Answer each incoming call in a friendly, professional and knowledgeable manner and distribute incoming calls to the appropriate staff members
- Support Human Resource team with all aspects of Care Pro Engagement
- Reflect the core values of Indiana Care Inc, d.b.a. as an independently owned and operated Home Instead franchise
- Communicate client and Care Pro concerns or problems with owner or other staff members as appropriate
- Field Care Pro& Client inquiries
- Greet and welcome each visitor in a friendly, warm and professional manner
- Must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to listen effectively
- Must demonstrate effective interpersonal skills as well as sound judgment and good decision-making skills
- Must have the ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality of information and meet deadlines
- Must be able to operate office equipment successfully
- Must have computer skills and be proficient in Word and Excel
- Must have caregiving experience
- Must have knowledge of the senior care industry
- Must present a professional appearance and demeanor
- Must be able to work evenings or weekends as required
- Must demonstrate discretion, integrity and fair-mindedness consistent with company standards, practices, policies and procedures
- Must have an understanding of and uphold the policies and procedures established by Indiana Care Inc, d.b.a. an independently owned and operated Home Instead franchise
- Must be able to establish good working relationships with management, colleagues, franchise owners and their staff
- Must be patient and congenial on the telephone
- Must have the ability to organize and prioritize daily, monthly and yearly work
- Caregiving Experience
- Must possess valid driver's license, pass background check, BMV report and saliva drug test
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Office experience
- One year of related business experience or an equivalent of education and work experience may be considered
