Responsibilities: Scale Up and Process Innovation (Kingsport, TN)

• At interface between Business needs and Technology
• Global process development and innovation organization
• Rapid prototype design and execution of bench scale demonstration units
• Developing new product concepts and the processes required for commercialization
• Hands on laboratory work

Responsibilities: Process Engineering (Kingsport, TN)

• Design and evaluate chemical processes, unit operations and control strategies
• Work in a highly collaborative environment, among subject-matter experts with global influence
• Apply theoretical concepts to solve real problems
• Build models, using simulation and data analysis
• Troubleshoot processes, equipment issues and control systems

Responsibilities: Process Improvement (Kingsport, TN)

• Embedded in assigned manufacturing area(s) serving as process expert
• Opportunity to gain experience through multi-site or single site assignments
• Lead multifunctional teams to execute capital projects
• Assist with day-to-day operations and troubleshooting
• Provide technical support for shutdowns and startups

Qualifications

Desired Skills, Attributes, Experience, and Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from an ABET accredited college or university.
• This position is for an entry-level Chemical Engineer. Less than 2 years of post-graduate experience is preferred.
