Senior Solutions is searching for caring, reliable, and attentive Caregivers and CNA's to join our team! As an in-home Caregiver your primary responsibility will be to provide top-notch care to the clients you are assigned to wherever they may call 'home'. Schedules and Shift Assignments

We Offer

We provide care to clients throughout Tennessee 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so we are able to offer flexible scheduling based on your needs. We are seeking Caregivers looking for full time work who are available to work an average of 30 hours (or more.) per week and be able to travel to various cities based on skill set and available shifts. We pride ourselves in continually growing our client base and have a variety of shifts available.

• Fill-in shifts available for pick up
• Recurring schedules
• Weekends
• 2 to 12 hour shifts
• Weekdays

Caregiver Responsibilities

Caregiver Responsibilities Include But May Not Be Limited To

Each client has a custom care plan that you will go over with your supervisor prior to shift assignment as the care provided will vary based on your client placement.

• Companionship and conversation
• Record keeping
• Personal care assistance
• Exercise and mobility
• Laundry and linens
• Meal and snack preparation
• Respite care
• Light housekeeping
• Accompany to appointments
• Medication reminders

Requirements

• Possess a smartphone - for clocking in/out through mobile apps
• Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal forms

• Must be able to complete background check & drug testing per company and state standards
• Ability to lift 20 - 30 lbs
• Possess a valid second form of ID for I-9 processing
• Possess a valid driver’s license or state ID
