What we need
At Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, we have an exciting opportunity for an energetic, Technical savy full stack developer. Looking for Full Stack Engineer to develop, enhance and support Myblue Digital web and App.
Your Day to Day
Actively participates in the planning, design, and implementation of software solutions
Analyzes, designs, develops, installs, and provides ongoing technical support of enterprise software applications
Troubleshoots, maintains, upgrades, and provides solutions to complex software problems
Regularly interfaces with business teams and product owners to understand key business challenges and to articulate technical solutions
Creates and executes test plans to meet project requirements for assigned components
Develops documentation procedures for operational support of applications
Participates in design workshops for complex designs to meet customer, business, and technical objectives
Stays informed about new tools and best practices of the industry
Participates in developing Proof of Concept/Technology efforts for adopting new tools and designs

We’re Looking for:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology or related field required. Masters degree preferred.
2-4 years of full stack development experience ( Java background)
1+ years of hands-on experience with one or more of the front end (angular, react, flutter, Swift, Obje-C, etc.) and backend (Java,SpringBoot), industry standards IDE tools or platforms (Kubernetes, Cloud Foundry, salesforce, HRIS, etc.)
Understanding about AWS and/or Google Cloud, API gateway
1+ years of hands-on experience with REST APIs & other middleware development tools
Experience with PCF/Tanzoo a Plus
1+ years of multiple DevSecOps tools & Implementation experience.
Healthcare experience required

Salary Range: $94,860.00 - $115,940.00
The job posting range is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs and affordability.
This job is also eligible for variable pay.
