Job Description
SEI is seeking to hire a Full Stack Engineer, who is ready to work on the cutting edge of FinTech software solutions. You will engineer solutions to challenging and meaningful problems, with the ultimate goal of expanding and enhancing the solutions suite. You should possess solid software development and programming skills, have a sound understanding of engineering best practices and have the drive to deliver the very best. Additionally, you must have excellent communication skills, since you will be working with sales and support teams as well as 3rd party API development teams.


What you will do:


  • You will participate in all the design meetings and stand-ups that you and the team conduct.
  • You will be writing code across all tiers of our application using technologies like Angular, Typescript, MongoDB, SQS, .NetCore, Java Script, Node.js, Kafka and RESTFul APIs in an event driven microservice architecture.
  • You’ll work with embedded product managers and software testers to take a holistic approach to your software development.


What we need from you:


  • Strong knowledge of design patterns and software engineering best practices.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience working on a multi-tiered application infrastructure that can design, develop and deliver cloud-based solutions.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Deep understanding of Agile development best practices such as TDD and continuous delivery, and an eagerness to mentor less experienced developers.
  • Demonstrated experience with the following: Java, JavaScript, SASS, HTML, Angular, SQL Server, NoSQL, and Redis.
