About This Full Stack Developer Job

Typically, the work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm. While this position is primarily in-office, we do offer flexibility for remote work when necessary. However, due to the collaborative nature of the role, a significant amount of face time with the rest of the team is required to ensure successful project outcomes and foster a collaborative work environment.

As a Full Stack Developer at our firm, you have the opportunity to work on a wide range of exciting projects. From developing robust databases to creating powerful APIs, and from designing CRM systems to implementing cutting-edge marketing strategies, your expertise is at the forefront of our operations. You also play a key role in ensuring compliance with industry regulations, giving you the chance to make a real impact on our business.

Would you excel in this position? Here's what you need:

• 3-5+ years as a junior full-stack developer
• In-depth knowledge of database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL), API integration, and third-party services (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a strong focus on database management, APIs, CRM systems, marketing tools, and compliance solutions
• Proficient in web-based platforms, web development, and frameworks such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and Node.js
• Experience working in an Agile/SCRUM development environment, following SDLC best practices
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Familiarity with marketing automation tools, SEO best practices, and compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) is highly desirable. We need a developer with strong problem-solving and analytical skills. This excellent communicator should have the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
