Job Description

Primary Work Location

Remote, USA

Overview

This position plays a critical role in the success of Marketing's lead generation goals. In this role, you'll build and optimize our website and associated systems to align with business outcomes. You'll use your knowledge of programming languages to design, develop and test web solutions. You'll be responsible for maximizing the success of our overall website while meeting project and timeline requirements.

Education

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience.

Experience

  • Solid understanding of UI, responsive cross-browser solutions and general web functions and standards.
  • Obsessed with writing reusable code.
  • Able to hand-code without the aid of development tools.
  • Experience with SASS, jQuery, Bootstrap, Python and interacting with databases.
  • Demonstrated programming skills and knowledge of modern HTML, CSS, JavaScript and PHP.
  • Ability to take a wireframe design and turn it into markup magic.

Position Responsibilities

Specific

  • Build and debug with high attention to detail.
  • Maintain web platforms such as webpage functionality, marketing forms, interactive tools and ecommerce. Develop maintenance workflows that increase team efficiency.
  • Implement both front end and back end solutions, using expertise to deliver excellent user experiences for both customers and internal clients.
  • Perform routine site audits to identify areas of improvement.
  • Design, develop, test, publish and maintain web solutions that provide rich user experiences for web visitors.
  • Build, design and maintain website and software applications. Work with user experience developer to continually improve customer experience on the web.
  • Stay up-to-date on current trends and emerging technologies.
