M1 Imaging is currently looking for an energetic, self-motivated, customer service-oriented team player to work full or part-time for several of our locations. As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the face of our organization playing a critical role in delivering the highest level of customer service.

Requirements:
  • Insurance verification
  • Check-in and Check-out
  • Patient Registration
  • Other duties as assigned by manager
  • Collect patient fees
  • Enter data accurately into patient’s accounts
  • Greet patients and visitors in a pleasant and courteous manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service


Education and Experience

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and caring demeanor
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Prior medical office experience a plus
