Fulfillment Warehouse Coordinator Jobs

About the role:
FACE FOUNDRIÉ is a focused facial bar specializing in all things face; facials, lashes, brows and skincare. Our modern, open concept spaces promote a welcoming and relaxing environment. FACE FOUNDRIÉ is looking for a Fulfillment Warehouse Coordinator to join our team and ensure flawless execution of customer and store orders, as well as bring a high level of organization to our HQ warehouse.
Key Responsibilities

• Complete order and shipping documentation accurately
• Perform routine inventory counts
• Moving inventory throughout the workspace using various machinery and equipment
• Communicate with vendors, stores and franchisees to track shipments
• Receive, stock and pack orders for stores and ecommerce
• Fulfill customer orders with accuracy and efficiency
• Maintain a high level of organization and cleanliness within warehouse setting

Qualifications/Requirements

• Organizational skills to manage multiple orders at a time without errors
• Ability to work safely within a warehouse environment
• Interpersonal skills to work well within a team environment
• Ability to manage time effectively to complete all orders within a set timeframe
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy, with a dedication to quality
• Ability to follow existing company policies and procedures
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to lift 40+ lb boxes

Days: Monday-Friday 8-4pm
Compensation: From $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
