About the Role

We’re looking for a strong and confident Front-End Web Developer to expand our website design and development capabilities. You’ll work closely with our creative team and entire agency to broaden and deepen our website output, from landing pages to new websites, and everything in between. We’re not looking for a code jockey—we’re looking for a combo of technical know-how, marketing savvy, and strong people skills; a true collaborator.

As a shop that handles design and development of websites, you’ll have the opportunity to leverage development skills, and learn and collaborate with a team of creatives. The role will provide valuable insights and experience in every aspect of the process and will create plenty of professional development opportunities.

About You

The ideal candidate is a self-motivated front-end web developer with the desire to contribute to all aspects of a growing web development practice. If you’re looking to join a well-established, deep team look elsewhere. If you’re an I-want-to-make-it-happen person, we hope to hear from you. We’re looking for the following:

• Integration and implementation of various marketing platforms including HubSpot, Google Analytics, and other relevant technologies
• 3+ years in a development role with CMS-driven websites; WordPress and Webflow experience required
• Portfolio of web work, B2B examples a plus
• Navigating Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; InDesign a plus
• Expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience creating responsive, mobile friendly websites
• Experience using Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar prototyping tools required
• Experience with back-end web development technologies such as PHP
