The TikTok Ads Creative & Ecosystem team develops world-leading tech solutions for ads creative production, interpretation and optimization, to empower and inspire advertisers, creators, and other 3rd parties in the ecosystem to create and deliver the best engaging creative experiences to the end users.

Responsibilities:

• Optimize performance of creative platform and related tools.
• Design, develop, test and continuously improve TikTok creative related platforms.
• Collaborate with PM and R&D teams globally in a fast paced environment.
• Improve the frontend infrastructure to the top level of industry standard.

Qualifications

• Collaborative mindset, with solid written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related technical fields.
• Experience with Advertisement Technology is a plus.
• Proficiency in Javascript ES5 or later, CSS and at least one frontend MV* framework such as React or Vue.

Job Information
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $136800 - $205000 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
