Front-End Developer Jobs

Primary Function:

Asembia is looking for a Front-End Developer to work with our web development team on-site in the Florham Park, New Jersey office.

We are looking for an individual who has HTML/CSS programming skills with a passion for web design and user experience. Preferred applicants are organized and can work with both a team and independently. As a developer, you will work on high profile products supporting the pharmacy and healthcare industry for patients and prescribers. Additionally, you will work closely with business executives and a large internal development team to bring quality projects to life.

Job Scope and Major Responsibilities:

• Ability to understand and translate business workflows into web content flow
• Problem solve for user experience challenges
• Follow the market and the latest and greatest technologies being used to engage consumers and clinicians and build great products.
• Collaborate with other teams and offer engaging solutions.
• Know relevant HTML toolsets and best practices.
• Ability to interpret creative direction.
• Be the voice of the user, seeking to understand patients, pharma and pharmacy partner needs.
• Actively listen to users and understand their fundamental problems.
• Review current web offerings for consistency and usability.

Performance Criteria:

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS and mobile first web technical skills
• Experience in healthcare technology and/or healthcare space preferred
• User Interface design, consumer visual design using tools such as Sketch, Invision etc.
• Prior healthcare consumer experience
• Product Management practices for prioritization

Education:

• Bachelor's/Equivalent degree or an equivalent of relevant experience and education

Additional Requirements:

• Product management experience
• Knowledge of data analytics, user event tracking
• Pharmacy knowledge is a plus
• Interest/Knowledge/Passion in utilizing Generative AI to improve workflows.
