Frontend Developer Intern Jobs

About Tramona:

Tramona is a one-of-a-kind, new way to Travel. We partner with Airbnb hosts, to help them fill their listings while also being able to provide unheard of deals to our customers.

About the Role:

• Duration: 3 Months (possible extension)
• Time Commitment: Approximately 15-25 hours per week, with flexibility to accommodate your schedule. This will be an added opportunity for you to learn in addition to school.

What We're Looking For:

As a member of our team, you'll be responsible for a range of tasks, including:

• Integrating open-source API code.
• Developing a fully functioning front-end for websites.
• Working on full-stack web application development.

Specific Experience:

• Ownership of end-to-end security and tech stack with a focus on client communication.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Designing and building robust, scalable, and secure APIs using leading frameworks like Spring and Spring Boot.
• Familiarity with NoSQL databases.
• Strong knowledge of security and authentication systems.
• Integrating React.js and RESTful APIs.
• Proficiency in MongoDB and JSON queries.
• A team player who welcomes new ideas and enjoys learning.
• Proven experience with TypeScript, HTML, CSS, React, and Java.

Educational Experience:

• At least 1 year of experience developing web, software, or mobile applications.
• Experience with unit testing and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience with RESTful web services/APIs.
• Currently enrolled in college.
