Front Of House Staff

L'Auberge Provencale, a luxury inn and restaurant located in White Post, VA, is seeking a Front Staff Server to join our team. As a Front Staff Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring that guests have a memorable dining experience.
Responsibilities:

• Provide recommendations on food and drinks
• Handle guest complaints and concerns in a professional manner
• Take and serve orders
• Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food
• Ensure that guests have everything they need throughout their dining experience
• Ensure cleanliness of the dining area and workstations
• Greet guests and provide them with menus
• Prepare and deliver checks to guests

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
