Front End Loader / Operator

We strive each day to better serve our customers and employees. Position Overview: Candidate will be responsible for the operation of front end loader and general maintenance of equipment. Candidate may be pushing feed and loading trucks, as well. Experience with CAT, John Deere, and Case is preferred. When not operating the front end loader, candidate may also be expected to operate various heavy machinery as needed. Hours for this position are 6:00AM to 2:30PM. Responsibilities and Duties: Shows up on time and ready to complete work Follows directions of leadership and clarifies responsibilities if needed Respects self, co-workers, managers, company, other contractors, and clients Adaptable in methods used to complete task Willing to go the extra mile for the team Communicate effectively both written and verbal Conducts business in professional manner Ensure equipment is safetly and securely stored Perform daily safety and maintenance checks Perform preventative maintenance checks and change fluids and filters as needed Operate heavy motorized equipment and adhere to safety standards while doing so Qualifications: Education and Experience Experience operating heavy machinery is required Experience with and basic knowledge of hand tools is required Personal Characteristics Ability to follow all safe work procedures Excellent communication skills Adaptable in methods used to complete task Willing to go the extra mile for the team Motivated to learn new skills and trades Follows directions of manager / lead / superintendent and clarifies responsibilities if needed Respects self, co-workers, managers, company, other contractors, and clients.
