Front Desk Attendant - Harvard University (Cambridge, MA)Part-time; up to 25 hrs/wkHiring for opening shifts, weekends 9:45am start/weekdays 5:45am start

Harvard Recreation, managed by HealthFitness is looking for Front Desk Attendants to join the recreation team at our Harvard University client site located in Cambridge, MA. In this position, you will greet, check-in and assist customers; provide program information, services, membership and ensure the highest possible level of customer service and participant satisfaction. This is a part-time position working up to 25 hrs/week with a flexible schedule.

What You'll Be Doing

• Greeting, checking-in and assisting customers, provide program information services and membership information.
• Assist with all member service desk administration and processes, answer phones, and process membership enrollments.
• Participates in membership drives to acquire new participants and enroll new participants.
• Efficiently responds to client and participant requests, comments or concerns and brings issues to timely and appropriate resolution.
• Collects membership fees and performs related recordkeeping.

What You’ll Need To Have

• Previous customer service experience a plus.
• CPR for the Professional Rescuer certification from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 60 days of hire.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
