Front Desk Attendant, Downers Grove, IL

Advocate Good Samaritan Health & Wellness Center, managed by HealthFitness, is looking for a Front Desk Attendant to join our customer focused team in Downers Grove, IL. As a member of the Front Desk Staff, you will greet, check-in and assist customers while ensuring the highest possible level of customer service and participant satisfaction. The front desk also folds towels, directs members/guests to club departments, and provides information about programs, services, and membership. Other duties as needed/assigned. Schedule is 32-35 hours per week, shifts include Tuesday 3-7PM, Wednesday 2-7PM, Thursday 10AM-6PM, Saturday 10-7:30PM, Sunday 2-7:30PM.

What You’ll Provide

• This client site requires full flu vaccination as an essential job function.
• Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 90 days of hire.
• Customer service skills, professional phone and in person communication abilities, and a solid comfort level on the computer.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
