Currently, we are looking for a top-performingPart TimeGuest Service Agent, Front Desk Clerk, Front Desk Agent, 1st Shift, $14.50-$15.50 based on experience.


We're searching for a motivated Part Time Guest Service Agent, Front Desk Clerk, and Front Desk Agent l eager to give excellent customer service to our hotel guests and ensure they have all they need during their stay. As the Part-Time Front Desk Agent, Guest Service Agent, and Front Desk Clerk you will be the first to greet customers, you will check guests in, make reservations, recommend local activities or restaurants, and arrange transportation. Our ideal Part Time Front Desk Clerk, Guest Service Agent, or Front Desk Agent is outgoing and confident, enjoys working with people, and pays close attention to the details. Requirements


  • One year of experience in the hospitality industry as a hotel front desk agent, hotel receptionist, or guest service specialist preferred
  • Excellent time management skills, organizational skills, customer service skills, and interpersonal skills
  • Applicants must be able to work weekends & holidays.
  • Comfortable taking telephone calls and mitigating stressful situations
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems
  • Knowledge of the local area to make recommendations for a variety of services
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
