Education, Experience, and Preferred Skills:

• Must own all your own equipment and bring it on site
• Must have knowledge in editing and high-quality video production
• Fluency in English
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Visual goal is similar to Reality TV

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

• Post-production (editing, color grading, compositing) and delivery of final video formats for TikTok & YouTube.
• Assist with capturing, editing, video content for use on our social media platforms (TikTok & YouTube).
• Fast-paced environment
• Planning, organization, and realization of video shoots on site and at off-site locations

Job Overview:

We are embarking on a journey throughout the United States and are seeking a talented videographer & producer to join our team. There will be a 30 day trial run which will be located in Richmond Virginia.

As we travel to various locations, you will play a crucial role in capturing captivating footage that replicates the excitement of reality TV while showcasing properties in different states. If you're ready to hit the road with us and bring this vision to life, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain video equipment in top working condition.
• Operate computer editing systems and digital video effects to produce a polished final product.
• Set up, compose, and execute video shots.
• Select and combine the most compelling shots for each scene to create a seamless and engaging storyline.

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following:

• Ownership of personal video equipment and willingness to transport it to various locations.
• Experience with post-production tasks, including editing, color grading, and compositing.
• Exceptional planning and organizational skills, especially when coordinating on-site and off-site video shoots.
• A visual style aligned with the excitement and drama of reality TV.
• An understanding of delivering final video formats optimized for TikTok and YouTube.
• Proficiency in video editing and a track record of producing high-quality video content.
• Strong fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing scenarios.

Location:

This position is open to candidates from anywhere in the USA. Our Trial trip will take us to Virginia, and you will be creating captivating video content.
