Job Description

Hi there! We are Testlio, a software testing company with its own freelance network. Our freelancers test apps from companies across the globe. Testlio is a great place for people who value freedom and flexibility of remote work.


At the moment, we are looking for freelance software testers from certain locations in the US to join a Fintech project we are running for one of our clients. As a part of the project, you will visit the branch department of the client’s organisation in your area. You will be asked to test different features and user scenarios of a fintech service to make sure that they perform smoothly. Though Testlio is open for freelance software testers with different backgrounds, prior testing experience is required for this particular project.


Requirements

  • Devices you may need: any mobile device
  • You have to be at least 18 years old
  • Language: English (intermediate or higher)
  • Early career professionals are welcome, but prior testing experience and familiarity with fintech/payment projects are required.
  • Certification courses (available on your Testlio dashboard): Platform Course, Payments Testing Basics
  • Location: US (Denver)
  • Additional: a Western Union account or willingness to create one

What does testing look like?

  • The pay rates for the US start at 18 USD per hour, but you get a higher pay rate 25 USD per hour for this specific project, since it requires an offline visit.
  • Workload: 2 hours
  • Type of testing: Payment, Exploratory, Usability, Location
  • Payments are made on a weekly basis via PayPal or Payoneer.
  • Type of work: short-term, freelance
  • Any additional costs that might occur during testing will be reimbursed.
