Freelance Senior Designer/Art Director

Hello Talented Creatives,

Olaplex is looking for talented, experienced senior designers/art directors (8+ yrs) to work in our growing creative team. We're currently working on establishing and elevating our branding so it's a fun stage to join the team! If joining the team, you'll be supporting the creative team to build our Olaplex brand, and concept development and execution of various marketing campaigns and programs across all channels. We're a fully remote company, so there's no limitation to location.

Responsibilities

-Support Creative Director in trend research and developing strategic marketing campaign concepts to provide creative solutions that meet business objectives.

-Build concept boards, photo/video briefs, and design across multiple channels to visualize concept.

-Manage multiple projects and timelines.

-Partner closely with Editorial, Visual Merchandising, Content Production and Marketing, other cross-functional teams to develop and deliver creative within deadlines.

Qualifications

- 8+ yrs of design/art direction experience.

-BA or BFA preferred in Graphic Design or Communication Design.

-Proficient knowledge of Adobe programs: Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.

-Solid organizational skills, detail-oriented; time management skills, ability to juggle priorities.

-Strong relationship-building skills; ability to collaborate and work with a variety of people in various disciplines.

-Good presentation skills and good communication skills, both written and verbal.

-Knowledge and experience in retail, beauty/fashion and understand current industry related trends

-Ability to work in a very fast paced environment and meet very tight deadlines.
