Position Overview: 
We are seeking a talented and versatile Freelance Photographer and Videographer to join our team on a month-to-month contract basis. As a freelance professional, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality photographs and creating compelling videos that align with our brand's vision and requirements. Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with the creative team and project managers to understand the project objectives, requirements, and deadlines.
Conduct pre-production planning, including equipment setup, shot lists, and storyboarding, to ensure the successful execution of photography and videography projects.
Capture captivating and visually stunning photographs and videos that meet project specifications and deliver a consistent brand aesthetic.
Utilize a range of photography and videography techniques, including composition, lighting, angles, and post-production editing, to enhance the overall quality of the visuals.
Operate and maintain professional-grade photography and videography equipment, ensuring optimal performance and output.
Edit and retouch photographs using industry-standard software to enhance colors, adjust exposure, and achieve desired visual effects.
Edit and assemble video footage, adding effects, graphics, and transitions to create engaging and polished final products.
Stay up to date with industry trends, new techniques, and emerging technologies to continuously improve your skills and deliver innovative results.
Manage project timelines, prioritize tasks, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders to ensure a smooth workflow and exceed expectations.
Adhere to copyright laws and maintain the confidentiality and integrity of all project materials.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a freelance photographer and videographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your photography and videography skills across various genres (e.g., portrait, event, landscape, product, documentary, etc.).
Proficient in operating professional-grade cameras, lenses, lighting equipment, and videography gear.
Proficiency in industry-standard photography and videography software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent tools.
Solid understanding of composition, lighting, color theory, and visual storytelling techniques.
Strong post-production skills, including editing, retouching, and video production.
Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to think critically to solve problems.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
A strong work ethic, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and work in different environments.
Knowledge of copyright laws and ethical guidelines in the photography and videography industry.
Contract Details:
This is a month-to-month freelance contract position.
