Experienced Forklift Operators For ALL Shifts:

1st shift: Mon - Fri (Saturday if overtime is required), 7am - 4pm, pay $15/hr.

2nd shift: Mon - Fri (Saturday if overtime is required), 3 pm -12:30 am, $15.50/hr.

3rd shift: Sun - Thurs (Friday if overtime is required), 9pm - 6:30 am, $15.75/hr.

Capstone Logistics, is part of The Transportation and Logistics industry which has been designated a "Critical Infrastructure Segment", our associates are Essential.

Requirements:

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical.
• Lift and carry a minimum of up to 25-75lbs, materials handled vary.
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Sit-down/ Standup Forklift Certification or Experience.
• All candidates should be over the age of 18 and will have to undergo a pre-employment drug test and background check.

THE OPPORTUNITY:

• We look internally first for Capstone certified equipment operators for our travel teams.
• Handle the movement of pallets and cases on and off trailers and other vehicles by using a forklift or other material handling equipment.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE:

• Sit or stand for periods in office as well as warehouse environment (concrete flooring and changing temperatures
• Handling of freight as directed by Capstone management and customer, meeting company standards, partner time lines and maintaining a safe work environment
• Willing to lift and carry a minimum of up to 75 pounds repeatedly throughout shift
• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic
• Flexible work schedule due to changing operational needs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $15.75 per hour
