Job Description
Overview:
NOW Hiring experienced Forklift Drivers on Night Shift!

ROLE: Responsible for performing general warehouse tasks in a distribution center/light-manufacturing environment.

Pay: $19.02 - $20.52/HR (to start) PLUS $3,000 Sign-on Bonus

Shift: 6:30PM-6:30AM 12 HR Shifts/Rotating

Responsibilities:
As a Forklift Operator you must:
  • Cycle counts of finished goods as assigned
  • Supply product and bags to the printing department
  • Must be familiar with all FK products and product locator map
  • Pull orders according to pick lists as assigned by Supervisor
  • Check pulled orders for accuracy (item, number of cases, and label) against pick lists
  • Perform daily housekeeping requirements in areas of responsibility
  • Move boxes of finished product from conveyor to warehouse or other staging area
  • Maintain safe, clean and friendly work environment
  • Load and unload trucks with fork/clamp truck and hand stack where applicable
  • Ability to read and understand written specifications, procedures, safety issues and interpretation of diagrams for proper packaging
  • Prepare labels and apply per instructions on packing lists
  • Other duties as necessary
  • Ability to accurately control inventory throughout the entire process
Qualifications:
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to safely operate a forklift in a fast paced environment
  • Basic math and computer skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience
  • Ability to understand and use RF an WM system


ADA – ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Must be able to:
  • Heed safety warnings, devices and alarms
  • Possess adequate ability to do problem solving and establish cause and affect relationships in an office and/or manufacturing environment
  • Lift and carry products weighing up to 60 lbs.
  • Distinguish colors of packing and labeling materials
  • Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Work 12-hour shifts or 8-hour shifts, standing and walking for extended periods
  • Climb
