Our company is customer service oriented, and we are looking for a qualified individual that values the art of floral design, effectively communicates, loves creativity, embrace diversity, and takes initiative! We are seeking a part time employee that would love to join the PAED team.

Selections will be made by August 10th.

• Maintain stock of floral supplies
• Create floral arrangements for any event
• Event Florist is expected to work part-time or on an as needed basis apart of the floral team for Perfectly Adorned Event Décor to prepare and execute event floral designs.
• Be able to lift 20lbs or more
• Install and execute floral design on event day
• Participate in educational floral workshop
• Update and add new floral recipes
• Process flowers to preserve the life cycle of the blooms
• Set Up and Breakdown of event décor before and after the event

Compensation & Incentives

• Hourly rate at $25 per hour. Must work a minimum of 4 hrs and a maximum of 12 hrs.
• Transportation, lodging, and other travel are only covered in rare circumstances and generally not included as a separate pay

Qualifications

• Ability to think quickly and pivot
• Outstanding time management
• Great design skills
• Efficient with floral planning, process, and arranging
• Must be able to work weekends and evenings
• Must be own/lease and operate a reliable vehicle
• At least one year experience in floral design
• Must be highly creative and innovative

Performance Measures

• Must effectively demonstrate the ability to design and maintain stamina in a fast-paced event environment
• Must be able to complete a floral centerpiece within an hour
• Must be able to complete a floral bouquet and boutonniere within 30 minutes
• During the 30-day probationary period (outside of training period), employee must show up to all scheduled events
