Summary:

The On-Demand Flight Attendant is responsible for the in-flight safety and service of passengers and crew members, as well as the safety and efficiency of flight department operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide for passenger and crew safety at all times
  • Inventory, stock and maintain cleanliness of the aircraft
  • Demonstrate excellent CRM
  • Establish clear lines of communication with trip planners to ensure all passenger needs and expectations are met/exceeded
  • Must be available for last minute, on-demand trips and trip changes
  • Attend training annually to maintain certification of FAR parts 91, 125, and First Aid & CPR.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, emergency procedures, and security protocols while on-duty.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of all aircraft emergency and cabin equipment
  • Provide a high level of food preparation and presentation
  • Maintain a professional appearance and positive demeanor
  • Perform a preflight check of all cabin emergency equipment prior to each trip
  • Conduct pre-flight passenger safety briefings & be prepared to handle any emergency that may arise in-flight
  • Must be available weekly for stock control, aircraft cleaning as well as any additionally assigned duties (team and department meetings, ancillary training)
  • Provide personalized cabin and meal service based on passenger dietary restrictions and preferences
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills to meet/exceed the passengers’ expectations
  • Available to work a flexible dynamic schedule including weekends and holidays
  • Coordinate all aspects of in-flight service to include catering, meal preparation and service

Qualifications

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Maintain a valid passport
  • International experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a keen eye for attention to detail
  • Food safety and culinary experience is an advantage
  • 3 years corporate/private aviation flight attendant experience preferred

Education:

  • High School Diploma requires; Bachelor’s degree preferred
