Job Description
NHBlacklabs Delivery is looking for highly organized candidates with good quantitative ability for the position of Fleet Manager. Fleet Managers are responsible for maintaining detailed records of vehicle servicing and inspection and scheduling regular vehicle maintenance to ensure operational efficiency, among other duties. Our driver's safety is the top concern, and the stability of our fleet is paramount to everything we do. You must have mechanical inclination and not be afraid to roll up your sleeves and help. You will also need to demonstrate leadership abilities as you will have people reporting to you.


Fleet Manager Responsibilities:


  • Ensuring strict servicing and maintenance times to minimize downtime and maintain schedules.
  • Complying with U.S. Department of Transport laws and regulations.
  • Maintaining detailed records of vehicle servicing and inspection.
  • Registering and licensing all vehicles under their management.
  • Utilizing GPS systems to monitor drivers and track vehicles in case of theft.
  • Scheduling regular vehicle maintenance to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Maintaining leased, owned, and rented vehicles for deliveries.
  • Schedule will be Sunday - Friday located in our Hooksett, NH office
  • Finding ways to cut costs and maximize profits.
  • Developing strategies for greater fuel efficiency.
  • Analyzing data to increase business operational efficiency.


Fleet Manager Requirements:


  • 2+ years in a transportation or logistics role desired
  • Experience in the transportation industry.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Quantitative ability.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • 2+ years in a leadership or project management role
  • Analytical mindset and good problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Outstanding organizational skills.
