Job Description

In this position you will be responsible for maintaining traffic flow in and out of active construction zones, operating the pilot car, and maintaining work zone communications.

This is a seasonal position with year-round benefits for Full-Time employees. Get your base wage plus prevailing wages where applicable. Use your winters off to travel, hunt, or go ice fishing while your benefits continue year-round!

Minimum Qualifications:

A successful Flagger for Knife River will have:

  • A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent critical thinking skills

  • A valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record

  • Ability to stand for long hours outdoors
