Flagger- Traffic Control Jobs

Rogers Group is currently seeking candidates for a FLAGGER - TRAFFIC CONTROL position based out of Lawrenceburg, TN . This role will work with multiple crews building various projects such as commercial parking lots, city streets, county roads and interstate highways. The successful candidate for this role will have an uncompromising focus on safety excellence.

• Responsible for safely directing traffic through lane closures and construction project areas.
• Responsible for setting up lane closures on high traffic projects in accordance with MUTCD regulations and at the direction of Traffic Control Coordinator, Foreman, or Construction Superintendent.

Wages starting at $21.00/hr. Higher pay for skilled and experienced traffic control professionals. Overtime available and extensive medical and retirement benefits.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and nights when necessary.
• Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.
• Preference given to current ATSSA Traffic Control Technician Certification holders.
• Experience preferred working road construction in high traffic areas.
• Team player.
• Individual must be dedicated to working safely at all times.
• Willing to be trained to flag/regulate traffic in accordance with MUTCD guidelines.
• Willing to assist crew with manual labor duties, as needed.
